Establishment of Reskilling Labs in 7 European countries

Development of tools to assess skills and identify learning needs

Development of a learning model and  a model for enhanced career guidance, counselling and mentoring models

Creation of innovative training materials and methods

Scientific evaluation of the impact among adult learners involved in Reskilling Labs

A digital roadmap and policy model to develop Reskilling Labs support long-term impact

Together with companies, education providers, and policy-makers, RESCALE aims to empower 210 to 350 adults with new opportunities for sustainable employment in the green and digital economy.

Our Mission

The RESCALE project is committed to empowering vulnerable adults – such as in-transition workers, unemployed and inactive people – by equipping them with the skills needed for the green and digital future. Through innovative Reskilling Labs across Europe, we strive to open new career paths, strengthen lifelong learning, and create a more inclusive and competitive labour market.
